This notice describes what bkkconsulting.com collects. It is written from what the site actually does, not from a template.
What this site collects
No analytics and no tracking by this site. There is no tag manager, no advertising pixel and no third-party script of any kind. Cloudflare, which serves the site, processes request metadata as described under Hosting below. Nobody is profiled and no visit is tracked across sites.
What is stored in your browser
Two values, both your own display preferences, both readable only by this site and never transmitted anywhere:
| Key | Purpose |
|---|---|
bkk-theme | whether you chose light or dark |
takeoff-brief-lang | the language you last read a brief in |
Clearing your browser data removes both. Neither is a cookie and neither identifies you.
Hosting and email
The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes request metadata (IP address, user agent) to deliver pages and block abuse. Email to the address on this site is handled by Google Workspace.
What is never done
- Your data is not sold, rented or shared for advertising.
- Nothing on this site is used to train a model.
- No marketing email is sent to anyone who has not asked for it.
Your choices
To ask what is held about you, or to have it removed, email the address on the home page.
Not yet complete
The following require a decision that has not been made, and are deliberately left blank rather than guessed:
- the legal entity operating this site, and its jurisdiction
- governing law and the venue for disputes
Until they are filled in, treat this notice as describing practice accurately while being legally incomplete. It is published in this state on purpose: an honest gap is safer than plausible boilerplate.
